Perke Laichinger, born July 1967, studied design and free painting at home under the guidance of her parents and did her diploma in colour, art and restoration in Stuttgart.

From 1990 onward, Perke has been an independent artist. She regularly exhibits her work and have sold a lot of her works to descerning collectors around Europe. In 2006 she moved to Hamburg.

Perke has been painting the feelings and emotions, our struggles with our innner selves, the challenges that life brings and changes our lives radically. Here she found that abstract was a more suitable way for giving life to her thoughts, feelings and emotions.
